Welcome

Hi, my name is Mark McKnight. I love helping people out. Especially if your problem is broadband related. My main area of expertise is ADSL. I have gathered up quite a bit of knowledge over the past few years on ADSL and understand that it can be quite a sensitive and complicated technology.

I am going to get a little 'techy' now for a few moments. Please bear with me. ADSL or Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line is the type of broadband that works using your telephone line. It uses the same wiring as the voice part of your telephone line, but uses a higher frequency, so that both services can be used at the same time. That is why you need micro-filters attached to the telephones in your home or office. Phuff!.... Glad we've got that part out of the way. It was starting to get a little heavy.

Anyhow! If you have a problem with your broadband or just need help to understand it a little more, you have come to the right place. I hope you will find all the resources that I have gathered together here useful to enable you to get your broadband up and running the way you want it.

If you need help with a particular aspect of your internet service, just put a question to our 'Broadband Forum' and you can be guaranteed that someone else has had your problem and can point you in the right direction.

If you have no success here, just drop me an email and I will do my best to give you an answer.
